Bill Phillips has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Denver Seminary. His background includes developing recording studio equipment, automated industrial machines, ventilators for life support, and blood component extraction devices. Bill is currently the President and Owner of Clark Synthesis, Inc. in Littleton, Colorado USA. For the last 18 years he has been helping customers integrate Haptic Feedback/Tactile Sound Transducers into their products. Clark Synthesis products can be found in military/commercial training simulators, location-based virtual reality experiences, theme park attractions, hot tubs/spas, home theaters, gaming rigs, and swimming pools. Bill is especially honored that his products are now in floors used for teaching deaf, hard of hearing, and developmentally disabled children how to dance.
