Mary Fendley, Ph.D., holds degrees from Indiana University and Wright State University. She is currently an Associate Professor in Industrial Engineering at Louisiana Tech University. Her research interests are in the areas of cognitive engineering, modeling, decision analysis, and human factors. She is currently an Associate Editor of the Journal of Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries and serves as reviewer for numerous journals. She has training in Quality Matters and participated in the National Effectiveness Teaching Institute provided by the American Society for Engineering Education, and has been teaching both in-class and virtually for the past 14 years.
