William Aycock is a Geospatial Data Scientist with the Environment Operations Division of the Deputy Directorate Joint Training Joint Staff J7 in Suffolk, Virginia. He manages the development of the Terrain Generation Service, geospatial development for the Joint Training Tool, manages the Joint Staff J7’s terrain data repository, and acts as the Joint Staff representative to the Open Geospatial Consortium.
