.Erica Haglund, Ed.D. is a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Dignitas Technologies. Dr. Haglund’s experience includes instructional design, curriculum development, teaching, and training. She holds a doctorate from the American College of Education, along with a master’s from the American College of Education and two degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She shares her expertise as an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Her research work includes instructional design models and the modern trainee in the defense industry.
