This includes AI & Machine Learning powered AR & VR simulations for flight/tactical trainings and immersive wargaming scenarios, as well as R&D on futuristic tech for combat readiness. All simulation-based trainings are backed by biometric data, comparative analytics, and robust reporting features.

Marryam was nominated and served as a Judge for the 4th International VR Awards 2020 and holds the esteemed position as Deputy Chair on the’ “XR for Enterprise” committee at the Academy of International Extended Reality (AIXR). Her primary achievement is the creation of a proprietary instructional design model for designing AI enhanced AR/VR Learning Content,” The CAP Model ™”. It is a complete end to end learning model. The AI is embedded in CAP content and it offers personalized learning for each individual learner.
She is one of the founding members of DIN-The Defense Innovation Network, member of defense committee at VRARA and an active member of DEF-Defense Entrepreneurs Forum and their project X-Works. She will further serve the industry as a Subcommittee Member for I/ITSEC 2021 (The World's Largest Modeling, Simulation & Training Event).
In addition to the defense sector, water resiliency is also a personal interest for which she has authored a white paper on XR for the water utility industry to be presented at MODSIM 2020. She is also an active member of the action committee of the World Water Council’s forum and is pushing for an international immersive learning platform on water sustainability in the water/wastewater industries.
Prior to XR 2 LEAD, Marryam had founded a very successful training & HR consultancy firm and was exclusively featured in an international women’s CEO magazine for her work. She has worked with clients like Nestle, Haier, Pepsi, Tetra pack, USAID, Volvo, and Nissan, as well as public sector organizations. She has authored an audio/ visual learning program for “Developing a High-Performance Mindset” and was nominated for “The Global Training and Development Leadership Award” in 2017, by the World Training and Development Congress governed by the Global Advisory Council. Her background includes being a certified Change Management Practitioner as well as an executive coach and instructional designer. www.xr2lead.com
