Matthew Legg has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University. Matthew works for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity. He has 25 years’ experience in all aspects of software development and has been involved in designing and building capabilities for the Department of Defense for the majority of his career. The last 10 years, he has been working with the Office of Naval Research with a focus on finding solutions for gaps in Navy training capabilities. He is interested in software engineering, systems engineering, and employing emerging technologies to solve Navy training gaps.
