Nancy is Vice President of MARi, where she focuses on strategy, business development, and project management. Prior to joining MARi in 2020, she ran her own company for over twenty years creating brands and codifying cultures at government, commercial, and entrepreneurial organizations. Nancy earned her leadership coaching certificate from Georgetown's Institute for Transformational Leadership and helps executives and emerging leaders maximize their potential.
