Biography
Stephen McGee is the Deputy Readiness Product Line Lead in the Air Force Research Lab's Warfighter Interactions and Readiness Division, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Warfighter readiness. His focus is on driving innovation and leveraging cutting-edge research to enhance the cognitive performance and decision-making of our force. In addition to this role, Stephen is the Team Lead for the Gaming Research Integration for Learning Laboratory, also known as the GRILL®. There, he guides a talented group that uses game engines and other innovative technologies to create immersive and effective training solutions, ensuring our warfighters have access to the very best state-of-the-art simulation tools.
