Dr. Krista Ratwani is a Principal Scientist with experience in leader development and training, training evaluation and design, performance assessment, experimental design, and qualitative data analysis. She has served as the lead on efforts focusing on the development and assessment of Warfighters over their career. She has also led the creation of tools that allow leaders and other stakeholders to deliver more effective training and learning experiences. dDr. Ratwani holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and also serves as an Associate Editor to the Military Psychology journal.
