Dr. Robert McCormack holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Texas Tech University and currently serves as the Division Director of Intelligent Performance Analytics at Aptima. With a strong focus on generative AI, Dr. McCormack is recognized for developing innovative applications tailored to military needs. His extensive project leadership includes serving as Principal Investigator on DARPA-sponsored initiatives, where he explored the simulation of online discourse to test interventions aimed at promoting civil communication. Additionally, he contributed as Engineering Manager on the NAUTICAL project, which leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows to support training development analyses for the U.S. Navy.
