Biography
Biljana Presnall, PhD is computational linguist with over twenty years of experience in military education and training. She led the digital team on a Department of Defense R&D project to mature the operational integration of ADL in multinational exercises (MADLx) and contributed to the Annex to NATO ADL Handbook on Advanced Distributed Learning in Exercises. Presnall is currently the team lead for the U.S. Army DEVCOM Soldier Center’s Project STEEL-Rx, conducting field-based validation testing of STEEL-R with exercise planners, observer/trainers, and trainees.
