Biography

Keith Henry has served in the Modeling and Simulation community for over 20 years. His current position is as a SETA support contractor for the Director, Digital Engineering, Modeling and Simulation in OUSD R&E. He is an Army FA57 by trade and has contributed to the community as a member of the Armed Forces, Industry, and a Government Civilian. Prior to his current position he served as a Government Civilian at the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS) where he supported the IITSEC community as a paper committee member and orchestrated M&S community engagements for multiple AF General Officers to identify innovative capabilities to train our airmen. Keith was actively involved with the Operational Test & Training Infrastructure Human Capital Strategy signed into execution in 2017 advocating for standardization of manning documents to allow for tracking of qualified personnel, standardized position descriptions, and establishment of a career path for the M&S workforce. Keith served in the 87th Battle Command Training Division supporting OIF/OEF where he trained and prepared Soldiers for deployment into theatre using a variety of Live, Virtual, and Constructive M&S capabilities to meet stated training objectives.
