Ryan Pritchard is a Program Manager for Eduworks Corporation and a former Air Force Senior Pilot with over 1,900 flight hours in the C-130J and T-6A with operational experience throughout Europe and Africa. His last assignment was as an Instructor Pilot (IP) in the T-6A at Vance AFB where he earned the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Master Instructor certification. As the 71st Flying Training Wing Chief of Innovation, Ryan led the development and adoption of training optimization technologies and processes by working with Air Force and civilian industry. He oversaw the implementation and expansion of UPT 2.5 and its associated technologies, while directing Innovation Flight programs that advanced training effectiveness and mission outcomes. At I/ITSEC 2024, Ryan won the award for Best Paper. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a Software Engineering specialization which continues to guide his approach to technology-enabled training optimization solutions.
