Mr. Matthew B. Pierce is a Research Psychologist at NAWCTSD in the Basic and Applied Training and Technology for Learning and Evaluation (BATTLE) Laboratory. His Masters in in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) where he conducted research to research differences in virtual reality (VR) and screen-based performance. His research interests include biometrics , human factors analyses of training platforms, and incorporating modern technology to progress aviation training sciences.
