Dr. Rob Kewley as the Director of simlytics.cloud, has performed consulting and development on a series of projects in the military domain, to include soldier systems, radar systems, cyber analytics, and sensor systems. He has served as the head of the West Point Department of Systems Engineering and as the acting Chief Systems Engineer for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology. His research background is in the development of simulation methodologies and engineering processes to support the application of simulation to complex system of systems problems. He has served as the co-chair of the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization’s Cloud Based Modeling and Simulation Study Group. He has contributed expertise and development to three NATO working groups on M&S as a Service and served on the National Academies Committee on Assessing the Physical and Technical Suitability of DoD Test and Evaluation Ranges and Infrastructure.
