Kamala Avancha is a technically sophisticated and collaborative IT leader with empathy-driven & customer-oriented leadership experience. She is currently the Executive Director, Technology and Innovation at Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS). She leads technology operations, project management, information security & compliance at EOSS.
Prior to joining ASU, Kamala worked for various global technology companies and has a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions for organizations in Healthcare, Higher Ed, Automotive, and Supply Chain sectors.
Kamala is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Systems Engineering at Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a trained Organizational Change Manager.
