Even Soltvedt Hvinden is a Senior Scientist at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, where he has worked since 2023. His research concerns the measurement of military utility through modeling and simulation and the development of price indices to gauge the real purchasing power of defence budgets. Even has a PhD in Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School in 2021.
